Stakeholders require new functionalities such as automation, candidate matching, and job tracking to streamline processes and improve efficiency in a competitive market.

Improve the UX, making it more user-friendly and enabling recruiters to track jobs more efficiently by simplifying the system with optimized user flows. Additionally, new features, such as automatic matching between candidates and jobs, will be developed to ensure the best fit for both candidates and companies, thereby reducing recruiters' workload. The UI will be modernized, and the platform's front-end will be developed to align with the design specifications, ensuring a seamless, up-to-date user experience.
